By creating an account, downloading our app, or using any of our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our services.

These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and DecorAI. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

You must be at least 18 years old to use DecorAI. If you are between 13 and 18 years old, you may only use our services with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian.

By using our services, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years old or have parental consent
• You have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements
• Your use of our services does not violate any applicable law or regulation
• All information you provide is accurate and current

Account Creation

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and update your information to keep it accurate
• Maintain the security of your password and account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

Account Termination

You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

We strive to provide high-quality results, but AI-generated designs are suggestions and may require human interpretation and adjustment.

Free and Paid Plans

Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) until canceled. By purchasing a subscription, you agree that:

• Your payment method will be charged automatically at the start of each billing cycle
• Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice
• You are responsible for all applicable taxes
• Failed payments may result in service suspension

Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period—you will retain access until then. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for first-time subscribers. After 30 days, subscriptions are non-refundable. To request a refund within the guarantee period, contact decorai@rocketdigital.ai.

Your Content

You retain ownership of the photos you upload to DecorAI. By uploading content, you grant us a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to:

• Process your photos using our AI technology
• Store your photos securely on our servers
• Use anonymized, aggregated data to improve our AI models
• Display your designs within your account

You can delete your photos and designs at any time. You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to all content you upload.

Generated Designs

AI-generated designs created from your photos are provided to you under a personal, non-exclusive license. For Pro subscribers, we grant a commercial license allowing you to use generated designs for:

• Personal home renovation planning
• Real estate listings and marketing
• Interior design portfolios
• Client presentations

Free tier users receive designs for personal, non-commercial use only.

Our Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of DecorAI (including but not limited to software, AI models, algorithms, text, graphics, logos, and trademarks) are owned by DecorAI and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DECORAI AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, PARTNERS, AND LICENSORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or use
• Damages resulting from your use or inability to use our services
• Costs of obtaining substitute services
• Decisions made based on AI-generated designs

OUR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement
• That our services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
• That results obtained from our services will be accurate or reliable
• That defects will be corrected

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless DecorAI and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, and partners from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:

• Your use or misuse of our services
• Your violation of these Terms of Service
• Your violation of any third-party rights, including intellectual property rights
• Content you upload to our services
• Your breach of any representations or warranties herein

Informal Resolution

Before filing a claim, you agree to contact us at decorai@rocketdigital.ai and attempt to resolve the dispute informally. Most disputes can be resolved this way.

Binding Arbitration

If informal resolution fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration rather than in court, except that you may assert claims in small claims court if they qualify. The arbitration will be conducted by a neutral arbitrator in accordance with established arbitration rules.

Class Action Waiver

You agree that any arbitration or proceeding shall be conducted on an individual basis and not as a class action, consolidated action, or representative action.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the applicable jurisdiction, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising from these terms shall be brought exclusively in courts located in the appropriate jurisdiction.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time without notice. We may also impose limits on certain features or restrict access to parts or all of our services without liability.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

These Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and DecorAI regarding our services and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
